Social Housing Projects

AT CK21 we have been involved with many Social Housing projects but in the last few months we commenced work on a number of interesting schemes

As part of South Tyneside Homes £252m investment programme for 'Decent Homes' we are in the process of completing the structural surveys and reports for all of the non traditional houses, high rise buildings, and sheltered accomodation for South Tyneside homes.

Having completed a project at Ferryhill for Three Rivers Housing Association we are now designing new housing schemes at Shotton and South Tyneside. The latter, on a site by Reed Street is to be a carbon negative project with numerous, innovative, sustainable features on a difficult site (More later in the year!). All projects are Code for Sustainable homes compliant.
