Riverside Dene

THE first block is nearing completion at one of our major projects.

The redevelopment of the Cruddas Park area into the Riverside Dene is one of our major projects at CK21. Our commission included the structural design work for modifications to all the floors, with the removal of the first floor in the entrance area. Cantilever steelwork was also designed for the oreil windows along with additional steelwork for the roof top halos.

The first three blocks are well on their way with the Sycamores Block now starting to be uncovered. With such a startling transformation this area is set to be a major landmark in Newcastle
