Along with John, Iain founded CK21 in July 2005, and is responsible for business development, financial issues, and marketing strategies. He has worked extensively in the residential and commercial markets dealing with the infrastructure and structural design aspects.

Iain is CK21’s semi-professional golfer, and when he is not on the course is at home with his young family or at the gym keeping fit.
